Have you received one or more incorrect items? That is not our intention, and we apologize for the inconvenience!

It's likely that we accidentally added an item from another order to your package or possibly placed your shipping label on the wrong package.

  • The article number(s) or barcode number(s) of the incorrectly delivered items.

Your order number can potentially be found in the order confirmation email or by logging into your online account. The barcode number(s) are located beneath the barcode on the packaging.
