Please send us an email via service_uk@felinaworld.com with at least the following information so that we can assist you quickly and effectively:

  • The order number of your purchase.
  • The article number(s) or barcode number(s) of the items that are defective or damaged.
  • Clear photos of the damage or the issue. If the problem is better captured in a video, you can also send us a video.

The article number(s) can potentially be found in the order confirmation email or by logging into your online account. The barcode number(s) are located beneath the barcode on the packaging.

We will do our best to address your service request within two working days.
