My payment failed or was declined
If a payment fails or is declined, it is often due to one of the following reasons:
- Our website displays an error message before the payment provider's website could be loaded. In this case, please contact our customer service.
- There was no connection established between our website and the payment provider's website, so you couldn't enter any payment details. In this case, please contact our customer service.
- There was too much time between starting and completing the payment. Please try again and make sure to complete the payment process immediately after starting to prevent the payment provider from aborting it for security reasons.
- The payment provider declined the transaction. This could have multiple reasons; please contact your payment provider for more information.
- You canceled the payment process yourself by leaving the page or pressing the 'cancel' button.
In all these cases, no amount will be deducted from your account, and if desired, you can place the order again.
